3 night Lappish Interval Sodankyla
Day 1 20 December
Fly from Gatwick or Manchester to Rovaniemi where upon your arrival you will be transferred to Sodankyla and the Bear Inn. Where possible aircraft with on board video entertainment systems will be provided and subject to crew co-operation there will be an on board Christmas sing a long. Following arrival in Sodankyla you will be equipped with warm overclothing and boots to protect you against the cold. Welcome dinner.
Day 2 21 December
Transfer to the beautiful ski resort of Luosto where you will enjoy Ice Fishing. Tobogganing, Ice Skating and cross country skiing (no previous experience necessary). Lunch will be taken at a small log cabin restaurant in the centre of this pretty ski resort. Dinner back at the Bear Inn in Sodankyla.
Day 3 22 December
Today’s the day to sample reindeer, husky and snowmobile rides as we await that special call to visit Santa Claus at one of his many homes or activity stations here in his Lappish homeland. This will surely be a very memorable day full of fun activities. Lunch at an outside venue and dinner back in the Hotel Bear Inn in Sodankyla.
Day 4 23 December Back to the top
Relax and experience the small town of Sodankyla this morning before a final lunch at the Bear Inn. Afternoon transfer will be provided to Rovaniemi. A stop will be made at the Arctic Circle Shopping Centre enabling you to obtain some Lappish Souvenirs before proceeding to Rovaniemi Airport for your return flight to the United Kingdom.
