Below we aim to explain how one product that appears to be very similar in content can indeed cost considerably more than offered within this brochure.
Method of sale
This product is primarily an internet product with extremely low marketing costs. Some sales sheets are produced, but design and print costs are kept to a minimum. The only true area of sale and marketing of this product is internet files. Therefore this method of sale is reflected in the tour cost.
Your flight
In general terms flights offered from airports with aircraft based at those airports offer the best value. This is why within this super value product the choice of airports offered is more limited. For many flights there are no costs associated with moving flight crew or aircraft to cover your flight. The aircraft originates from your airport. However to allow for a greater choice of regional airports some tours include the additional costs of moving aircraft to a new location.
Within Lapland
The most expensive item in Lapland is the staffing level provided. This is reflected in the more superior tours available on the market place. Additional staff simply mean additional cost which is reflected within the tour cost. The lower cost tours run on much fewer people. This however need not reflect either poor quality or poor service. It must be remembered at all times that you do receive in the end what you pay for.

where the quality of the accommodation remains excellent value.Your encounter with Santa still takes place in the wilderness outside of the town.
The end result is a tour offering excellent value. One which will be memorable for all the right reasons, but one missing ‘the razzamatazz’ more associated with high cost venues. Of course the meeting with Santa will stay a very special highlight in an area that remains uncommercialised.
