LAPLAND - POSIO
A small wilderness area located some 100 minutes from Rovaniemi on the highlands of Kollismaa. In splendid isolation it is nevertheless possible to offer value Lapland Accommodation with a choice of hotel and or log cabin accommodation. Within the Wilderness Hotel Kirikeskus one may choose from adjoining twin rooms and family rooms for up to 4 persons or enjoy traditional Finnish cabin accommodation. Cabin style and size will vary in accordance with the number of persons sharing the cabins. All accommodation offered will be with private facilities. Here one is assured of a total lack of commerciality bringing a sense of authenticity to the offering.for without doubt in this beautiful natural winter setting it is simply so easy to believe that Santa has his home within the neighbouring forest area.

LAPLAND -SODANKYLA
A small Lappish Town some 90 minutes north of the Arctic Circle is one venue for our 3 night tours departing 17 and 20 December. Associated with various cottage industries here one finds the making of Lappish Gold Jewellery and wooden artifacts. Like most small towns there is a selection of shops covering all immediate needs. All activities take place outside of the town in beautiful wilderness surroundings. Our Lapland Accommodation in this town is the Hotel Bear Inn.

LAPLAND -SUOMU
The ski resort of Suomu remains one of the last hidden gems of Lapland. Yet it Lapland Accommodation consists of a new quality hotel, the Arctic Circle Hotel (built in 2005), in our opinion lower first category, and a selection of various traditional cabins offering a beautiful experience for a Christmas vacation. Cabins are ideal for between 3 and 8 persons each being equipped with private shower, sauna and WC. Your hotel offers family rooms for up to 4 persons (2 single beds and a double sofa bed), all with power shower and WC and some with jacuzzi bath. Located some 100 minutes from Rovaniemi airport.
