Tours of more than 1 days duration
Here the saving is based on the ability to find hotels in regional Lapland which whilst offering bedrooms with private facilities are not complexes charging top dollar. Rather these are hotels that have offered us attractive winter pricing. Activities here are outside of the hotels and townships thereby still providing a wilderness setting for all activities. Thus you have the best of both worlds.
How you may book
This specialised product can only be booked directly on the phone to our reservations department or via the internet. Reservations are not accepted in any other manner. The savings achieved by these sales methods are reflected in the lower tour cost. Remember booking via the internet saves £20 per person on the prices shown in this programme

Letters to Father Christmas
Naturally we maintain the magic of this special occasion . Santa will meet with each family individually (all persons mentioned on one booking form) to discuss children’s Christmas wishes.
What the cost includes
Return charter flights to and from Rovaniemi Finland
Transfers accommodation, full board and programme as specified for each tour. Gift for all children aged 2-11 years of age
Loan of warm overgarments and boots for outdoor activities.
Souvenir Licences in respect of reindeers, arctic circle crossing. Overnight participants received additionally snowmobile and husky licences.
Infants
Infants who are under 2 at the date of their return transportation are welcome to join our tours. No charges are made and effectively no service provided. It is not ideal to expose your infant to the potential temperatures that might be encountered in Lapland but this remains a personal choice based on particular circumstances. You are asked however to contact your Doctor and receive his professional advice concerning taking your infant with you.
No Smoking Policy
All tours operate on a strict no smoking policy basis for all services
Snowmobile Driving
All participants should hold a valid driving licence with the exception where all driving is undertaken on private land the minimum driving age will be 15 unless driving a children’s snowmobile where the minimum age will be 4 subject to height restrictions.
